Nick Scali is looking for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator.

 

 

Nick Scali Furniture was established over 50 years ago and is now one of Australia's largest importers of quality furniture. Nick Scali sources its products from around the world.  It imports directly from some of the largest and most respected manufacturers globally. In excess of 5,000 containers annually are brought to Australia by Nick Scali.

 

 

In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Answering before and post delivery customer & staff enquiries 
  • Providing knowledgeable, courteous and helpful customer service
  • Troubleshoot, problem solve and offer the best possible solutions to customer queries
  • Assess customer service issues and respond with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Prepare and enter service details into the customer care computer system (DISTRIB) in an accurately and timely manner
  • Coordinate and allocate customer service jobs with Service Technicians
  • Report and log customer concerns or requirements in an appropriate and timely manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction

To achieve success in this role you will need to:

  • Be experienced in dealing with customers 
  • Be a motivated self-starter with acute attention to detail
  • Have exceptional computer skills
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to maintain composure under stressful or pressured situations
  • Have a pleasant phone manner
  • Be flexible and reliable with working hours
