Nick Scali is looking for motivated and customer focused full-time Call Centre and Customer Resolution Manager!  


Nick Scali Furniture was established over 50 years ago and is now one of Australia's largest importers of quality furniture. Nick Scali sources its products from around the world.  It imports directly from some of the largest and most respected manufacturers globally. In excess of 4,000 containers annually are brought to Australia by Nick Scali.


An exciting opportunity for an experienced hands-on Call Centre and Customer Resolution Manager has become available in our Distribution Centre in Wetherill Park.  This is a customer focused role with opportunity to put your stamp on Nick Scali by providing high quality service, continual improvement and monitoring service quality. 


The ideal Nick Scali candidate will have:

  • Previous experience with furniture, white goods, electronics, or car hire/car sales, and other comparable companies
  • Previous experience in Customer Service Management role
  • A strong mediation and conflict resolution focus
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership including managing, mentoring, training, and developing individuals to achieve their full potential
  • Experience with implementing process improvements and best practice customer service

In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating closely with relevant departments to ensure that customer issues are being addressed in a timely manner
  • Identification of potential service delivery enhancements
  • Driving improvements in customer service delivery
  • Managing a national team of Service Technicians and Customer Service Representatives
  • Interstate and intrastate travel as required
  • The provision of business performance reports as required
